Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System

Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) Data is collected annually by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Youth Risk Behavior Survey

The Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) is a survey that is taken every 2 years assessing adolescent health risk and health protective behaviors such as smoking, drinking, drug use, diet, and physical activity conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Risk and Protective Factor Survey

The Nebraska Risk and Protective Factor Student Survey (NRPFSS) is designed to measure adolescent substance abuse, delinquent behaviors, gambling, and the risk and protective factors that predict adolescent problem behaviors. The survey targets all public and non-public school students in grades 6, 8, 10, and 12 in Nebraska.
