Community Health Services Program Assistant  Join our team to support immunization efforts and community health outreach services! This is a full-time position serving the four-county health district (Adams, Clay, Nuckolls, Webster). You will be assisting with immunization services to expand/increase availability throughout the community, serving individuals and families with education, screening and awareness of disease risk factors, assessing for social drivers of health needs, and connecting people to community resources. Home Visitation Program Support Specialist / Parent Coach This is a part-time position serving the four-county health district (Adams, Clay, Nuckolls, Webster) as part of Healthy Families Nebraska Heartland, a free and voluntary in-home relationship-based service for low-income residents of our district who are pregnant or new mothers of infants up to three months. Our work is designed to promote positive parent-child interactions, create healthy parent-child attachment, and build confidence in new parents.
